JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibiliti

  • Supports the Head of Business Development to grow the Power & Renewables business
  • Leads deals execution, including financial analysis, modelling, commercial structuring, bid preparation, financing and documentation
  • Manage relationships with banks and other stakeholders on financing requirements
  • Dealing with structuring, transaction due diligence and other transaction-related matters
  • Identify new business opportunities as well as develop pipeline of projects in the energy business in both Singapore and overseas
  • Actively explore parterships and new ventures for development
  • Gather market intelligence / research, track comparable transactions for market knowledge / insights

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirements/Pre-requisites
• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or any Engineering discipline
• Good knowledge of the energy business including power & renewables market.
• Good in financial modeling and analysis
• Prior experience in a similar role within the same industry or Corporate Finance experience covering the same industry
• Willing to travel frequently on short notice
• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a good team player
