• Build and sustain an environment where art leads and their teams can thrive—balancing craft excellence, team health, and player-focused outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a multi-disciplinary art team in Singapore by managing and enabling craft leads to build high-performing, player-focused teams.
• Manage and coach craft leads, supporting their career growth through clear development strategies, mentorship, and feedback. Empower them to grow both their craft and leadership impact while building high-performing teams.
• Oversee the creation and delivery of high-quality art that upholds League’s creative vision and elevates the player experience.
• Translate vision into actionable goals, ensuring alignment with art quality standards and product objectives.
• Collaborate with Associate Art Directors and Product Leads to ensure strong creative alignment across disciplines. Step into art direction when needed to guide decisions, resolve conflicts, and model excellence—while prioritizing team growth over hands-on execution.
• Define and drive a clear vision for a healthy, inclusive, and highly engaged team culture. Build frameworks and rituals that strengthen trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement across disciplines and partners.
• Challenge convention and inspire your teams to pursue high standards of quality and innovation, ensuring League continues to evolve in ways that delight players.
• Partner with recruiting to hire world-class talent and support your reports in building their teams.
• Build strong relationships across teams and with global partners—including Rioters in LAX and Singapore—to ensure goals, dependencies and requirements are clearly understood and effectively executed.
• Improve art production pipelines to ensure efficiency, scalability, and sustainable long-term delivery.
• Make clear prioritization and quality decisions to ensure timely, high-standard delivery across multiple content streams.

• 10+ years in games experience or AAA feature industry, with at least 4+ years in art management or art leadership roles.
• Experienced with the game art production pipeline and interdependencies between disciplines.
• Proven experience leading and developing multi-disciplinary art teams.
• Strong background collaborating with external vendors and co-development partners.
• Skilled in performance management with the ability to coach, develop, and, when needed, address underperformance effectively and empathetically to sustain a high bar for excellence.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), able to communicate abstract or complex ideas clearly.
• High self-awareness, empathy, and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Growth-minded and outcome-driven, able to navigate ambiguity with optimism and guide others to learn and improve through change.
• Comfortable leading through others—balancing people development, team performance, and creative alignment to achieve exceptional outcomes.

• Deep understanding of League of Legends and its community, with the ability to evaluate content through the lens of player experience.
• Experience collaborating with producers or development managers on planning and schedules.
• Broad experience shipping stylized AAA game content.
• Multilingual skills (Mandarin or other regional languages) to support external partner collaboration.
• Proven ability to design or refine team frameworks that improve culture, growth, and long-term.
• World-class mentorship and coaching skills.
• Connections or knowledge in the League of Legends community.
