DESCRIPTION:

As a Senior Manager, APJ Serum Business, is responsible for driving commercial performance, pricing discipline, market growth across APAC region, and contribute to our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. This role provides an opportunity to develop competencies in product management, strategy development, commercial operations, and financial management while working across functional areas, regions and dynamic market environments. You'll collaborate with sales, supply chain, marketing, and country leadership to ensure disciplined execution of commercial strategies, strong demand planning, implement effective solutions, and support business growth through strategic leadership and operational excellence.

The role requires a dynamic leader who can navigate complex market conditions, align cross-functional stakeholders, and translate strategic initiatives into measurable business outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and execute regional go-to-market (GTM) strategies to accelerate revenue growth and strengthen market positioning.
  • Identify market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and customer trends to drive strategic commercial initiatives
  • Lead initiatives to expand market share through effective portfolio positioning and new product introductions.
  • Drive disciplined pricing strategy aligned with cost dynamics, supply conditions, and market competitiveness.
  • Establish pricing governance and guardrails to ensure margin sustainability and revenue quality.
  • Partner with sales leadership to balance commercial flexibility with pricing discipline.
  • Partner with global supply chain to ensure effective demand forecasting and supply allocation
  • Advocate for regional supply needs to support revenue targets and customer commitments.
  • Strengthen SIOP processes to improve forecast accuracy and business predictability.
  • Partner with country commercial team to develop and manage effective channel strategies across the region.
  • Drive dealer engagement, capability development, and execution excellence.
  • Strengthen sales funnel visibility, pipeline discipline, and opportunity management through SFDC.
  • Drive sales enablement initiatives that increase product mindshare and field execution effectiveness.
  • Establish regular reporting cadence on business strategies, financial performance and funnels.
  • Collaborate closely with regional division and country teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and finance to deliver integrated business results.
  • Influence stakeholders across functions to align on priorities, resolve constraints, and drive business outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in commercial, sales strategy, or business leadership experience.
• Strong experience in pricing strategy, channel management, and commercial execution

• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead in matrix organizations

• Leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
• Proven ability to guide strategic initiatives and operational improvements
• Advanced analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Financial acumen and business planning expertise
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and business intelligence tools
• Experience in APAC, biotech/life sciences/commercial product environment preferred
• Success in building and maintaining strategic customer relationships

• Fluency in English required; additional languages beneficial
