Job DescriptionYou lead a small team of specialists who are focused on supporting local market teams in times of disruption and opportunity. This could be a new competitor entering, a strong seasonal weather / demand impact that is putting a market under pressure or the need to work through logistics related measures to drive growth and profitability for the business. Your main aim is to provide temporary planning and hands on support to markets so they we can hit our reliability (on-time), speed and customer satisfaction targets from a logistics perspective.
In short - you are going where the going gets tough (quite literally, expect significant travel). You are the regional expert and go to person for markets that have strategic priority and/or significant challenges. You dive deep and work with markets through implementing effective solutions.
Qualifications5+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Performance Management, PMO, Consulting or Operations Excellence, preferably within technology, e-commerce, logistics or marketplace businesses.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into business recommendations.
Excellent project and program management skills with experience driving cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
Outstanding communication and storytelling skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations for senior leadership.
Experience working in regional or global organisations is highly preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Economics or a related field.
