We're searching for a passionate Senior Manager, Agency Finance & Management to join our dynamic Brand Marketing team. Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Manage our marketing financial strategy, leading the charge on budget planning and management across our marketing ecosystem
  • Craft innovative financial models that unlock new value in our agency partnerships
  • Transform complex financial data into actionable insights that drive marketing success

Agency Partnership Excellence

  • Architect and lead strategic relationships with our creative and media agency partners
  • Spearhead high-stakes negotiations with major media partners
  • Drive performance optimization through smart scope planning and regular reviews
  • Champion transparency and value delivery in all agency engagements

Financial Innovation & Analytics

  • Create powerful financial narratives that inform strategic decision-making
  • Lead the development of sophisticated tracking systems for agency costs and ROI
  • Partner with key stakeholders to implement robust processes and controls
  • Drive continuous improvement in our financial planning and analysis capabilities

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of progressive financial planning experience, backed by a relevant degree
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to see beyond numbers to drive business impact
  • Advanced financial modeling expertise and technical proficiency with SAP
  • Agency experience is a plus, but your strategic thinking and financial leadership matter most
