WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Senior Manager, Account Marketing for Southeast Asia & India (SEA&I), is a member of the SEA&I Retail Marketing team—a group of innovators responsible for shaping Nike’s marketplace presence. Reporting to the Retail Marketing Director, this individual leads a skilled Account Marketing team and collaborates with cross-functional partners throughout SEA&I and APLA.

In this capacity, the Senior Manager works closely with teams from Retail Marketing, Visual Merchandising (VMS), EKIN Experience, Brand Marketing, Nike Direct Digital, Account and Partner Management, Operations, Logistics, Finance, strategic account and multi-brand teams—both internal and external—as well as agency partners. The role requires ongoing connection with a diverse group of Nike teammates based in SEA&I countries, SEA&I headquarters in Singapore, and APLA headquarters in Portland.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are hiring a Sr. Manager, Account Marketing for our SEA&I Marketing team in Singapore. The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer passionate about sport, culture, and storytelling, with strong leadership and communication skills. Success in this role requires experience in fast-paced, matrixed environments, turning insights into effective omnichannel campaigns, and a collaborative, adaptable approach.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in retail, brand, or omnichannel marketing; 2 additional years in lieu of a degree.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with experience presenting to internal and external leadership teams.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a matrix organization.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while balancing details and big-picture thinking.

  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a constantly evolving environment, making sound decisions and pivots as needed.

  • Ability to foster a culture of testing and learning, applying consumer insights rapidly into strategy, planning, and omnichannel experiences.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a team-first mentality.

  • Some travel required for market visits and select retail executions.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As Sr. Manager, Account Marketing, you’ll lead SEA&I’s account marketing offense, bringing bold ideas to life across multi-brand retail channels. Your work will elevate Nike’s presence in the marketplace, driving seamless execution and creating consumer-right experiences that connect sport, culture, and innovation.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the Account Marketing team to develop holistic, sport-led marketing strategies and plans for the retail marketplace across multi-brand channels and portfolios.

  • Ensure flawless execution of account marketing and retail presentation across seasonal and always-on campaigns.

  • Align category and channel strategies with APLA Sport & Lifestyle priorities, category goals, and country needs.

  • Provide clear guidance to internal teams, agencies, and account partners to deliver Global and Regional marketing directives and experiences.

  • Partner closely with Sales to shape retail marketing direction, brand standards, and fleet elevation across marketplace partners including Sporting Goods, Athletic Specialty, Department Stores, and Sport & Lifestyle Specialty.

  • Act as the retail expert with partners—creating consumer-right experiences across diverse retail environments.

  • Foster a test-and-learning approach with Account Marketing, Country Marketing, Brand Marketing, Visual Merchandising, EKIN, Sales, and Operations.

  • Collaborate with Nike Direct Retail Marketing to drive a “One Marketplace” approach while maintaining channel and category distinction.

  • Champion an insights-led, results-oriented mindset focused on KPIs and measurable outcomes.
