We are seeking an in-house Senior legal counsel to join our legal team in Singapore, with a primary focus on dispute resolution.

What you will be responsible for:

•        Lead and manage disputes involving the business, including strategy development, negotiations, litigation, and arbitration, with the aim of driving practical resolutions.

•           Partner with business teams to review end-to-end processes, identify risk areas, and design preventive measures or process improvements to reduce future disputes.

•           Act as the primary contact for regulatory inquiries and investigations, prepare response strategies, and ensure effective follow-through.

•           Review and advise on contracts and agreements with a focus on dispute prevention and risk management.

•           Support management on other legal matters as assigned.

How you will stand out:

•           Degree in Law; admission to the Singapore Bar will be an advantage.

•           About 7 years’ experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel, preferably in the technology sector.

•           Strong ability to manage projects, work under pressure, and handle unexpected issues with sound judgment.

•           Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and high self-motivation.
