Let's talk about the cool stuff you will do at Axi!

As a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of Axi’s global influencer and KOL strategy. This is a commercially important role responsible for building a scalable, performance-led influencer programme that strengthens our brand, reaches new audiences and contributes directly to customer acquisition and business growth.

Your EDGE Assignment/You Will

  • Own and develop Axi’s global influencer and KOL strategy across priority markets.
  • Build market-specific influencer plans aligned with customer acquisition, engagement, brand and commercial objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate and develop relationships with high-impact creators, influencers, KOLs and thought leaders.
  • Establish clear influencer segmentation, selection criteria and partnership models across different audiences and platforms.
  • Lead commercial negotiations covering fees, deliverables, performance incentives, content rights and exclusivity.
  • Own influencer marketing budgets, forecasting and investment decisions.
  • Develop a robust measurement framework covering reach, engagement, traffic, acquisition, conversion, cost efficiency and return on investment.
  • Use performance data and audience insights to optimise campaigns, challenge underperforming activity and scale successful partnerships.

  • Ensure all influencer activity meets Axi’s brand, regulatory, disclosure and marketing governance standards.
  • Monitor creator, platform and industry trends, identifying new opportunities and emerging channels.
  • Build repeatable processes, governance and reporting that allow the influencer programme to scale globally.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership as Axi’s influencer marketing capability continues to grow.
  • Take full ownership of delivery, proactively communicating progress, risks and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Are you the one?

  • Min of 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, KOL management, affiliate marketing, strategic partnerships or a related field.
  • Proven experience developing and leading influencer strategies, rather than solely executing individual campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale or multi-market influencer programmes.
  • Strong commercial judgement, with experience managing budgets, negotiations and performance-based partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of how influencer marketing contributes to customer acquisition, conversion, engagement and long-term brand growth.

  • Experience developing performance frameworks and presenting campaign results and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of influencer platforms, social analytics, affiliate tools and performance-tracking solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence cross-functional and senior leadership teams.
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
  • Able to quickly understand new customer segments, products, markets and regulatory considerations.
  • Experience working within a regulated, technology-led or high-growth international business would be advantageous.
  • Professional and credible when representing a global financial services brand.
