Contract Period: 2-years

Applications are invited for the above position in the Human Resources Partnering (Portfolio), Employee Relations & Compliance. The appointee will support the delivery of HR partnering services for assigned business portfolios and contribute to a broad range of people initiatives, workforce planning, employee relations, people analytics and HR transformation activities. Working closely with HR Business Partners, business stakeholders and HR specialist teams, the role offers exposure across multiple HR disciplines while supporting the delivery of business-focused people solutions.


  • Support the delivery of HR partnering services for assigned business portfolios, including headcount planning, performance management, employee engagement & relations matters. 
  • Partner with business stakeholders and HR colleagues to implement people initiatives and programmes that support business priorities and workforce requirements.
  • Conduct workforce and people analytics, including the preparation of dashboards, reports and management information; analyse HR data and trends to identify workforce risks, opportunities and actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Support employee relations, conduct and workplace matters through case administration documentation, reporting, coordination and follow-up activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and governance requirements.
  • Contribute to HR programmes and projects across areas such as talent, performance, employee experience and process improvement, supporting effective implementation, coordination and change readiness.
  • Support the adoption of digital tools, automation and AI-enabled solutions within the HR community by translating user needs into practical applications, sharing knowledge and providing backup coverage for HR digital and AI initiatives when required.
  • Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence, People Services and business stakeholders to deliver practical and business-focused HR solutions, while identifying opportunities to streamline work processes and enhance service effectiveness.
  • Provide coordination, administrative and analytical support for HR activities, ensuring high standards of accuracy, confidentiality and service quality.

Requirements:

  • A recognized university degree in human resources management, business administration, psychology, data analytics or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in Human Resources, workforce planning, people analytics, business partnering support or related functions. Experience in employee relations HR projects or change initiatives would be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse workforce and HR data, identify trends and generate actionable insights. Experience in preparing dashboards, management reports and presentations is preferred.
  • Good business awareness and communication skills, with the ability to develop effective working relationships and support people-related initiatives in a dynamic business environment.
  • Basic knowledge of HR related policies and procedures, with good understanding of employment related ordinances and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems (e.g. Oracle or equivalent), and comfortable using digital tools and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, to enhance work effectiveness and decision support.
