What is the Role
As the Senior HR Manager, you will spearhead the development and execution of HR and recruitment strategies that support the scaling of our global organization. You will lead the charge in crafting policies, building high-performing teams, and ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance across all territories. This role requires a strategic thinker who can seamlessly pivot between high-level organizational design and hands-on talent acquisition to meet the demands of a rapidly growing business.

- Organizational Strategy: Design and implement HR strategies tailored for a globally scaling organization, ensuring people initiatives directly support long-term business objectives.
- Strategic Advisory: Serve as a senior HR consultant to the leadership team, utilizing data-driven insights and "People Analytics" to optimize organizational design and staffing efficiency.
- Workforce Planning: Architect workforce management strategies that align human capital with evolving business needs, ensuring the right talent is in the right place at the right time.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Standardize and oversee the end-to-end employee journey, from seamless global onboarding to professional offboarding.
- Global Payroll & Rewards: Ensure 100% accuracy in payroll execution across multiple currencies and tax jurisdictions.
- Operational Compliance: Lead rigorous auditing of personnel files, ensuring all contracts, NDAs, and compliance documents are signed, stored, and updated in accordance with global data privacy standards.
- Recruitment Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end talent acquisition process, developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent in hyper-competitive global markets.
- Employer Branding: Build and evangelize a robust employer brand that resonates with diverse talent pools and reflects the company’s mission and values.
- Policy & Governance: Author and govern global HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency, fairness, and strict adherence to local labor legislation across all operating jurisdictions.
- Performance & Growth: Design and iterate on performance management frameworks and bespoke development programs that catalyze high output and long-term career progression.
- Culture & Engagement: Partner with leadership to deepen organizational culture, ensuring company values are lived daily and reflected in the employee experience.
- Leadership Coaching: Provide executive-level coaching to managers, offering solutions for conflict resolution, team dynamics, and leadership development.
- Team Mentorship: Lead and mentor a dedicated team of HR and recruitment specialists, fostering a proactive business partnership model.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of HR management experience within a fast-paced, dynamic, global environment.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with all levels of the organization and its international branches.
- Dual Approach: Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach; you are as comfortable designing a global strategy as you are executing daily HR operations.
- Culture Champion: Demonstrated experience in nurturing a motivational workplace culture that upholds company values and drives retention.
- Recruitment Expertise: Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies for trading, technical or other specialized roles.

- Industry Background: Previous experience in financial services, specifically within a trading, fintech, or investment banking environment.
- Scaling Success: Familiarity with managing hyper-growth phases and establishing HR frameworks in a globally distributed company.
