Position Summary: The Senior/HR Executive manages all human resource activities, providing guidance on policies and procedures, resolving HR-related issues, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- General HR Functions: Employment management, labor relations, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Payroll & Compliance: Managing payroll processing, statutory submissions (CPF, NSpay), government claims, tax filings, and salary surveys.
- Employee Support: Administering benefits, insurance claims, coaching, counselling, and handling resignations.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Interviewing candidates, processing work passes, and assisting with new employee orientation.
- HR Systems & Data Management: Maintaining HR databases, performance management systems, and recommending process improvements.
- BIPO & Workday Systems Support: Acting as a subject matter expert for BIPO payroll and Workday HCM systems, troubleshooting, managing integrations, and overseeing new implementations in APAC.
- System Process Guidance: Communicating changes, best practices, and ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
- Environmental & Safety Compliance: Adhering to workplace safety, risk assessment policies, and promoting sustainability.
This role requires strong technical expertise in HR systems, payroll management, and compliance, as well as interpersonal skills to support employees and maintain effective HR operations.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience for senior executive role
- Experience managing HR systems, especially BIPO.
- Experience with HR systems Workday or SuccessFactors is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of payroll processing and employment law.
- Strong analytical skills with accuracy in handling figures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
