Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to help translate brand and campaign direction into compelling, cohesive marketing creative across every customer touchpoint.
This is a senior-level role that requires a digital-first mindset, with the ability to design both brand-led creative and performance-driven digital assets. The right candidate is equally comfortable building visual systems and executing high-volume production work (resizing, prepping files, proofing, and delivering accurate assets quickly) while applying senior-level design thinking that supports both the brand and the business. This is a hands-on role for a designer who solves design challenges, leads through craft, and thrives in production.
This role requires a designer who can:
- Think in campaign systems, not one-off assets
- Balance brand storytelling with marketing performance needs
- Work autonomously while partnering closely with creative leadership
- Elevate the visual quality and consistency of work across all channels
Responsibilities
Lead design execution and create high-impact design assets for campaigns across all marketing channels:
- Email marketing
- E-Commerce site assets & landing pages
- Paid digital ads
- Direct mail & print collateral
- Retail/store signage & clienteling materials
- Presentation decks & internal brand storytelling
- Wholesale design support
- Translate brand direction and campaign concepts into scalable visual systems across touchpoints
- Ensure exceptional typographic hierarchy, layout, and visual storytelling in every asset
- Develop light motion/video assets for marketing including paid social, CTV, and in-store screens
- Own projects from concept through final production, including proofing, file prep, ensure quality control of deliverables, and spec accuracy
- Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all customer-facing creative, prioritizing brand standards and marketing performance over personal design preference
- Partner closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Copy, Buying, and cross-functional teams
- Contribute to creative problem solving, workflow improvements, and elevating overall design standards
- Stays current on tools and best practices such as integrating AI into content and processes; pilots improvements that raise creative output quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience in an in-house retail/fashion, lifestyle, beauty or agency environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign work across digital, print, and retail environments
- Exceptional typography, layout, and brand systems thinking
- Advanced proficiency in: Figma, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Working knowledge of Premiere and/or After Effects
- Experience retouching and color correcting imagery in Photoshop
- Strong understanding of how creative performs across marketing channels
- Experience working within brand guidelines, ADA compliancy, UX/I best practices while pushing creative forward
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
- Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating cross-functionally
- Detail-oriented with a high level of production accuracy
- Experience working in fast-paced retail campaign cycles
This a hybrid role, with 4 days in our Downtown Los Angeles, CA office
PAY RATE: $90,000/yr-$120,000/yr
