Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting and organizing technical and operational data from multiple sources
- Develop and maintain dashboards and basic reports to track technical KPIs and process performance
- Support the team with data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare presentations and visual summaries of insights for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical team members to understand data requirements and reporting needs
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data used for analysis and reporting
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-backed findings.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate in Data Science, Statistics or a related analytical/technical field.
- Basic understanding of data analysis concepts
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional technical teams
