What you'll do
- Execute global payroll month-end journals and Oracle close tasks
- Calculate and record complex payroll accruals such as bonus, leave, and severance
- Prepare Blackline balance sheet reconciliations and resolve clearing variances
- Maintain US GAAP compliance and SOX internal control documentation
- Deliver monthly payroll flux analysis in partnership with FP&A
- Test new earning and deduction codes across payroll systems
- Support financial audits and statutory filings
- Improve close efficiency and update payroll accounting process documentation
- Report directly to the Payroll Accounting Manager

Your background
- At least 3-7 years of Accounting experience preferably in Global Payroll Accounting
- Have good grasp of Excel and can maintain complex spreadsheets
- You should have good customer service and communication skills
- You should have strong organizational, time management and prioritization abilities
- Must be comfortable working with a remote manager and global team
