A gamer yourself, you know what makes a great game. And as a Game Designer, you’d never compromise on that.

You understand what motivates and excites players, and what works well in gameplay – and what doesn’t. What sets you apart from the rest is that you know what and how those problems can be improved. Confident in your skills and collaborative in your approach, you can take an idea and run with it, or work with the team to brainstorm and create something truly great together.

Sound like you? Then apply now and let’s make some games together.
In this role you will
- Create gameplay solutions for games and their individual features.
- Design features to match the intended game experience for the selected target audience.
- Adapt solutions according to game design principles, team feedback, and findings from user tests and analytics.
- Prepare and maintain detailed game design specifications.
- Communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure game design goals are achieved.
- Collaborate closely with the rest of the team to deliver high-quality solutions matching the game vision.
- Improve the game design workflow with new approaches and share knowledge with peers.
- Keep up to date with current mobile market trends and game design strategies.
What we're looking for
- Ability to create coherent game design systems and structures.
- Strong understanding of player behaviors and motivations across target audiences.
- Creative mindset, with logical and analytical capabilities and excellent attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of game design fundamentals and game production.
- Proactive approach to gathering feedback, as well as validating and incorporating results.
- Positive, make-it-happen, lead-by-example attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of the team, acting as both vision holder and supportive team player.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in the English language (both written and spoken).
Your experience
- 4+ years of experience and success as a game designer in the mobile game industry.
- Passion for making great games that players will love.
- Eagerness to learn and expand game design knowledge.
- Experience in the role of a Lead Game Designer on a project
What we offer
- Employment relationship with Ekipa2 d.o.o. for an indefinite period of time, with a six-month probationary period.
- Diverse work with exciting daily challenges, working as part of a team in a fun, relaxed environment.
- Participation in attractive projects.
- Development opportunities through training, seminars, and conferences.
- Choice of sport, fitness, educational, and entertainment activities outside of work.
- Healthy meals in the office.
- Flexible working hours.
- 24 days of paid vacation.
- Participation in Outfit7 profit sharing scheme.
