About the Role

  • Assist in the management of accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
  • Process credit transfers, refunds, and account adjustments accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
  • Assist with General Ledger reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, audits, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Administer GIRO applications, approvals, rejections, and terminations.
  • Verify payment records and update financial information in relevant systems.
  • Prepare finance-related correspondence and respond to enquiries from residents, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
  • Liaise with internal departments, residents, vendors, and external stakeholders on finance and administrative matters.
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance team as required.
  • Assist with front counter duties and customer service enquiries when necessary.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by Management.

About you:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general finance operations.
  • Familiarity with payment processing, GIRO setups, and credit card recurring payment administration.
  • Strong understanding of receivables management, including monitoring and follow‑up on aged accounts.
  • Experience with performing AR adjustments and monthly reconciliations.
