Job Responsibilities

Paid Social Operations (Growth & Engagement)

  • Act as the key social media partner to internal stakeholders, align business objectives, campaign KPIs, timelines, and success metrics for the campaign
  • Participate in stakeholder briefings to gather requirements, clarify priorities, and translate needs into actionable media and channel strategies
  • Plan, build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns to drive account growth, engagement, and other defined objectives (e.g. reach, traffic, leads)
  • Translate creative assets into platform-ready ad units, ensure correct formats, naming conventions, UTMs, tracking pixels, and placements.
  • Conduct day-to-day campaign operations: budget pacing, bid/optimization settings, audience updates, ad trafficking and QA
  • Develop audience strategies including interest/behaviour targeting, lookalike audiences, retargeting, and exclusions; maintain audience hygiene and avoid overlap.
  • Run A/B tests on creative, messaging, audiences, and placements; document hypotheses, results, and next steps.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, identify issues early (e.g. learning limitations, ad fatigue, delivery constraints) and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on briefs, performance feedback, and iterative creative improvements.
  • Stay current on platform trends, changes, and ad policies; conduct research on audiences (business and external), competitors, and best practices, to inform media recommendations and drive stronger engagement and results

Reporting & Performance Insights

  • Support weekly/monthly reporting on organic and paid social performance across platforms, consolidating data into clear dashboards and slides.
  • Track and report core KPIs (e.g. follower growth, reach, engagement rate, CPA, CPE etc.) and explain drivers of performance
  • Partner with stakeholders to align reporting to campaign objectives and business outcomes; maintain consistent definitions and measurement methodology.
  • Pull data from native platforms and analytics tools (e.g. META Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Sprinklr, Klear) and validate accuracy.
  • Create performance narratives and actionable insights, highlighting wins, learnings and optimization recommendations.
  • Maintain a testing and learnings log (creative, audience, format) and contribute to best-practice playbooks.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Paid Social Campaigns (agency or in-house), with evidence of optimizing to growth and/or engagement goals
  • Working knowledge of Social Media analytics and reporting (organic and paid) with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations

Other Prerequisites

  • Platform expertise: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube
  • Analytics Tools: Sprinklr, Klear, or other similar tools
  • Strong Analytical Skill: comfortable working with spreadsheets, pivots, and basic data visualization
  • Creative performance mindset: understanding of hooks, messaging, and formats that can impact social performance both organically and paid.
  • Operation: Campaign QA, naming conventions, version control, and documentation; ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Project Management: able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ensure alignment across teams, manage expectations proactively by providing clear updates along with timely execution of initiatives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey data and channel best practices to stakeholders to drive the broader marketing strategies and business initiatives
