The role of the Senior Executive reports to Lead, Sales Assurance. You are required to support the Lead in administering the Balanced Scorecard framework and tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and conduct Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework review for each measurement quarter
  • Perform client call surveys, sending of client survey forms and review of returned forms
  • Identify issues and classify infractions according to the 4 non-sales KPIs
  • Conduct checks as first reviewer on mystery shopping cases.
  • Work with respective stakeholders to enhance the sales advisory process 
  • Others: Undertake ad-hoc tasks, projects or reviews as directed by Lead, Sales Assurance and/or Market Conduct Section head

Qualifications & Competencies / Key Traits:

  • Degree or Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in a compliance role in a financial institution or similar.
  • Preferably with experience in dealing with Distribution functions.
  • Team player
  • Analytical and attentive to details. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understanding and experience in Market conduct and/or sales advisory
  • Basic knowledge of regulations and industry guidelines applicable to the insurance/financial industry
