The role involves financial reporting, monitoring accounting policy consistency, process improvement, and regional accounting support during audits.
Responsibilities:
Actively contribute and support:
- Monthly and quarterly reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring consistency of accounting policies applied across all markets
- Actively contribute to continuous efforts in process improvements and establish sound internal controls and standard financial/operating procedures
- Assist in providing regional accounting support for all markets, including complex accounting topics and annual external audit process
Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in Accountancy with 2-3 years of relevant working experience, ideally with regional exposure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Big 4 experience as a strong plus
- Experience with IFRS standards as a strong plus
- Prior regional exposure across ASEAN as a plus
- Prior exposure to financial services as a plus
- Agility and resourcefulness to be able to provide support across different Finance tasks
- Excellent administration and organizational skills
- Proactive with high attention to detail
- Collaborative and keen drive to learn
