This is an exciting opportunity to join our actuarial team and play a key role in shaping innovative insurance products through data-driven pricing strategies. You’ll contribute directly to our mission of delivering sustainable and customer-focused solutions by analyzing financial experience and supporting risk management decisions. In this role, you’ll collaborate across departments, present insights to diverse audiences, and help drive product development from concept to implementation. You’ll gain exposure to strategic decision-making, cross-functional teamwork, and continuous learning in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

  

Position Responsibilities

  • Perform product pricing for new product development and analyze financial experience of insurance programs

  • Present pricing recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Develop and enhance pricing methodologies, analytics, and business intelligence tools

  • Provide actuarial input to product design and initiatives

  • Liaise with Sales & Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Risk Management teams

  • Facilitate internal discussions with product managers, valuation teams, and marketing from a pricing perspective

  • Support product approval negotiations with Corporate, Regional, and Regulatory bodies

  • Conduct base studies to identify future product development opportunities

  • Assist in new product implementation, including system development and sales illustration testing

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of relevant actuarial experience

  • Demonstrated progress in actuarial exams (SOA, IFoA, or equivalent)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience working with actuarial software and data tools (e.g., Prophet, Excel, SQL)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in life insurance pricing

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in insurance product development

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical audiences

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
