JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing required materials, services and suppliers in both domestic and international markets. You will play a critical role in managing procurement activities, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining compliance with procurement policies and procedures. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing required materials, services, and suppliers in the domestic and international market. 
  • Understand purchase requirements and source accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in identifying and engaging with global prospective suppliers to foster beneficial relationships.
  • Understand market trends and seek to improve cost efficiency.
  • Perform daily procurement activities such as RFQ/RFP, negotiation of commercial terms, quotations evaluations and recommendations
  • Coordinate with internal requestors and vendors to facilitate procurement processes.
  • Support the preparation, evaluation and management of the tender process.
  • Support the evaluation of new and existing vendors
  • Contracts management
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
  • Other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Quantity Surveying, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Procurement Department within the Construction, Data Centre, or Network industry.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive team player who can work collaboratively to achieve organizational goals.
• Capable of working independently with strong negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses excellent problem-solving abilities. Excellent team member, proactive in managing issues and possess sense of responsibility and ownership in his/her work and results.
