We are seeking a Senior Executive to support Workday system access administration and Learning & Development operations. The role includes managing Workday security and roles access, supporting staffing and organisational updates. You will also assist with training administration, including course registrations, attendance updates, invoice processing, and training logistics.
This position requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while engaging multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Administer Workday system access and security roles (HRBP, HRO, TA, leadership, managers, time approvers).
Support Workday staffing and organisational updates (position changes, supervisory orgs, matrix reporting, leadership appointments).
Maintain HR SharePoint content and contract staff system.
Manage registration, attendance, invoicing, and logistics for internal/external training programmes.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related fields.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint; knowledge of Workday/ServiceNow is an advantage.
Meticulous, organised, and able to manage workload independently during peak periods.
