• Plan and implement year-round promotions/campaigns to drive sales and awareness, including designing of mechanics, engagement with retailers for their buy-in and developing communications plan.
• Liaising and mangaging external vendors; contractors, event companies, social media agencies for the successful launch of all campaigns and projects.
• Collaborate with internal business intelligence team to develop data analytics, to measure the output and outcomes of marketing strategies/initiatives utilising our physical, digital, and phygital touchpoints, and to automate the production and prediction of actionable insights that will be used to design new marketing strategies, with an aim to improve sales conversion and ROI of campaigns and marketing channels.
• Plan and manage editorial, promotions for various platforms to drive engagement from online to offline and vice versa. Implement creative omnichannel digital strategies with digital marketing team to encourage retailers and consumers to join our platform. This includes but is not limited to social media marketing, search engine optimization and conversion rate optimization to drive awareness and platform’s omni-channel performance.
• Conduct post-mortem reports to assess the effectiveness of the campaigns/promotions in terms of shoppers traffic and GTO performance.
• Drive marcom revenue by active marketing of atrium, advertising space and any other new revenue streams.
• Support in monitoring campaign budgeting and revenue drivers.
• Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your
immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time.
• Good degree in Business, Statistics, Marketing or any relevant field
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in retail or shopping mall
• Possesses an entrepreneurial "can do" spirit and ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced corporate venture-build environment
• Strong ownership of work and personal accountability, with an ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of our new concepts and platform
• Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, organized, meticulous and a sense of urgency
• Knowledge of e-commerce, social media, digital marketing will be good. Experience in digital marketing and m-commerce in F&B and/or Retail industry would be a plus
• Excellent spoken and written English
