Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns and access against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Conduct post campaign analysis, keep track of budgets, prepare monthly reports for internal analysis and day-to-day campaign monitoring
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure successful running of projects and create awareness for the mall's activities
- Proactively plan and initiate joint collaborations with tenants and garner participation for mall's programs and CapitaLand various initiatives to drive sales
- Manage social media platforms and integrate online activities with offline marketing promotions
- Monitor social channel conversations and act on any insights that can further enhance the customer experience and branding of CapitaLand Malls
- Housekeep and update content of various digital and social media platforms
- Proactively market in-mall advertising spaces to generate additional revenue for the mall
- Manage and supervise Digital Services Advocates
Requirements:
- Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Preferably with 2-3 years working experience in a similar capacity
- Creative, resourceful, and good interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, social media, and other relevant digital tools
- Fast and independent with strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Data-driven, results-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
- Prior knowledge in AEM and SAP will be a plus
- Prepared to work in a fast pace and dynamic retail environment
