Senior Executive / Executive, Group Procurement - 1-Year Contract

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire procurement process from sourcing to contract/purchase order issuance.
• Conduct pre-qualification processes to shortlist qualified vendors for tenders using CapitaLand's procurement portal, Ariba.
• Collaborate with relevant operations departments to prepare tender documents, organize tender briefings, and coordinate site visits for tender invitations.
• Compile and evaluate tender submissions, focusing on price analysis and quality assessment.
• Conduct tender interviews, clarify details, and negotiate pricing and contractual terms.
• Prepare recommendation papers to ensure timely approval and awarding of contracts.
• Issue contract agreements to awarded vendors.
• Handle contract amendments by raising variations for approval and issuing variation letters to vendors.
• Create and manage contracts, purchase orders, and amendments in CapitaLand's purchasing portal, SAP.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with group procurement policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform any additional procurement and contract management-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Estate Management, or Facilities Management.
• Candidates with other relevant qualifications and experience in related fields are also encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the procurement of property management services.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in the field are also welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking to efficiently complete assigned tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
