Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire procurement process from sourcing to contract/purchase order issuance.
- Conduct pre-qualification processes to shortlist qualified vendors for tenders using CapitaLand's procurement portal, Ariba.
- Collaborate with relevant operations departments to prepare tender documents, organize tender briefings, and coordinate site visits for tender invitations.
- Compile and evaluate tender submissions, focusing on price analysis and quality assessment.
- Conduct tender interviews, clarify details, and negotiate pricing and contractual terms.
- Prepare recommendation papers to ensure timely approval and awarding of contracts.
- Issue contract agreements to awarded vendors.
- Handle contract amendments by raising variations for approval and issuing variation letters to vendors.
- Create and manage contracts, purchase orders, and amendments in CapitaLand's purchasing portal, SAP.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with group procurement policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform any additional procurement and contract management-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Estate Management, or Facilities Management.
- Candidates with other relevant qualifications and experience in related fields are also encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the procurement of property management services.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in the field are also welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking to efficiently complete assigned tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
