Job Description
Join our dynamic Digital Experience team to augment the Ascott hospitality experience through our Ascott Star Rewards mobile app and website. As a Product Executive, you will support the product development and enhancement of digital touchpoints that elevate guest experiences and drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, marketing, and operations to deliver seamless digital experiences and meet business outcomes.
Manage and execute end-to-end product lifecycle for the Ascott mobile app and website — from ideation and requirements gathering to testing and launch.
Support the development of business cases and documentation to justify new features or enhancements.
Conduct user research, competitor benchmarking, and data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
Support product roadmap planning, feature prioritization across business stakeholders and technology stakeholders
Define, track and act on key product metrics such as acquisition and conversion
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
Good project management skills and product acumen to manage timelines and prioritize critical success factors.
A degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Understanding of / experience with mobile/web technologies, APIs, AI technologies, and agile methodologies is a plus.
Familiarity with platforms and tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, Figma and New Relic will be beneficial.
