Job Summary

This role is a cross between art direction and creative content strategy. You should feel energised about selling your ideas to stakeholders as much as the prospect of partnering with producers, creatives and designers in achieving exceptional creative output. You’re passionate about brand building through storytelling or campaigns, regardless of the platform. You understand how various aspects of a project or brand come together.

Job Responsibilities

Creative Content

  • Together with the Creative Strategy & Content teams, you will articulate the content strategy for Marina Bay Sands and ensure cohesive expression across all projects.  
  • Support the development of creative briefs that clearly articulate the idea, audience insight, and execution intent.
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear creative ideas, narratives, and strategic direction, keeping work aligned to campaign goals, target audience, and brand strategy.
  • Work with designers, writers, and account managers to develop compelling creative and editorial output that reinforces key brand messages.
  • Build persuasive creative content decks and presentations that communicate ideas clearly to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to brief conception, storyboarding, and on-set art direction for shoots and campaigns, ensuring creative, strategy, and asset delivery are aligned.
  • Manage the planning and execution of creative content across channels ensuring touchpoint consistency and full breath of cross functional alignment and visibility.  
  • Support planning of branded asset and editorial content calendars.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscapes, translating insights into ideas that drive category relevance.

Brand

  • In partnership with Brand team leadership, you will play a key role in driving the brand's identity and creative output across various channels, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, digital, editorial, social media, and CRM.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in conceptual creative work, art direction or editorial role.
  • Demonstrable portfolio with a broad range of creative projects across 360 campaign ecosystems (brand campaigns, influencer, activations, moving images, digital content, motion graphics, print, and social campaigns)
  • Experience developing targeted creative across multiple markets (e.g., experience in Asia, the US, UK and other non-English markets in the region)
  • Strong understanding of scaled digital asset production, post-production workflows, and technical specifications (e.g., video formats, email templates, quality standards).
  • Advanced technical skills across graphic design, typography, art direction, and motion; proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to lead concept presentations and clearly articulate the thinking behind the creative approach.
  • Experience leading creative ideation and execution for global and/or luxury brands, including company-wide initiatives.
  • Refined aesthetic sensibility with a distinct point of view, creative flair, and originality.
  • Positive, collaborative attitude with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working within brand, stakeholder, and production constraints—able to find creative solutions within defined boundaries.
