Provide corporate secretarial support, prepare documents, organize meetings, advise stakeholders, and maintain statutory records for assigned companies.
Job Description
- Provide day-to-day corporate secretarial support to assigned portfolio of companies within the Group including preparation of company secretarial documents including timely statutory filing and ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual report
- Organise board and shareholders' meetings
- Advise internal stakeholders on annual compliance and corporate secretarial matters
- Collaborate with overseas colleagues and company secretarial agents regarding overseas subsidiaries
- Maintain and update statutory records of companies within assigned portfolio
- Ensure proper maintenance of the corporate database
Requirements
- ICSA candidates with at least 3 years of corporate secretarial experience
- Familiar with corporate secretarial procedures and proficiency in corporate governance regulations and compliance requirements
- Resourceful and able to handle varying work assignments
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
