How you succeed
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Engineer with extensive experience in SmartStream TLM Reconciliation systems. The role involves TLM implementation, migration, and production support projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in TLM configuration and development, combined with business analysis and deep understanding of the Recs Premium architecture.
What you do
- End-to-end TLM implementation and migration projects, including platform upgrades and reconciliation builds.
- Configure and customize TLM Recs Premium modules (match rules, dashboards, control processes).
- Perform business analysis: requirement gathering, AS-IS/TO-BE process mapping, impact analysis, and solution design.
- Manage TLM environment setup, patch deployments, SWIFT upgrades, and design and implement scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain custom schemas, dashboards, and complex match rules in TLM.
- Provide production support for TLM environments, including CR delivery, bug fixes, and risk acceptance.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation (BRD, FDD, TDD, test cases, user manuals).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Who you are
10+ years of experience in SmartStream TLM implementations and support.
Expertise in TLM Recs Premium (versions 3.0)
Strong knowledge of TLM Control, Smart Studio, Smart Schema, and WebConnect.
Proficiency in SQL, Oracle, and dashboard development.
Experience with Control-M scheduling, JIRA, and version control tools (SVN, GitHub).
Familiarity with WebSphere/WebLogic/JBoss server configurations for TLM deployments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
