Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated ESD and Latch-Up Development Engineer to join our RF technology team. In this role, you will drive the development of innovative ESD device solutions, collaborate with customers, and contribute to the advancement of RF CMOS/SOI technologies. You will play a key role in defining test structures, characterizing and modeling ESD devices, and creating design guides that support our global customer base.
Your Job
Develop and release ESD device design rules and high-current models for RF technologies.
Lead ESD device development and characterization across 180nm to 28nm RF CMOS/SOI nodes.
Perform compact modeling of ESD devices for simulation and design integration.
Create and maintain ESD reference design guides for internal and customer use.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers on ESD-related inquiries.
Conduct TCAD simulations to optimize ESD device performance and reliability.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering with 2+ years of industry experience, or
Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering.
Strong understanding of RF CMOS/SOI technologies and ESD protection methodologies.
Proficient in device modeling, characterization tools, and TCAD simulation software.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
