Responsibilities:
- Organizing and leading MRB & Reprocessing meetings, ensuring Compliance to MRB / Rescreen Business Process & related QMS
- Driving accurate Containment Scope and Methodology and align with supply chain on recovery plan
- Drive risk-based disposition decision using in line / reliability data
- Prepare and present timely update GMRB executive summary to executive level
- Drive MRB effectiveness metrics and identify gap for continuous improvement
- Develop, Evaluate Tools to improve Processes, Effectiveness and Efficiencies
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to organize and structure data effectively
- Strong knowledge of Assembly & Test processes and failure modes
- Good organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Efficient computer and AI skills, e.g. Copilot, power BI, Microsoft Office Kit, snowflake etc.
- Knowledge of using statistical tools, Unix and JMP.
- Knowledge of semiconductor reliability testing
- Ability to work independently or in a group environment.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering or related field of study
