Senior Employee Benefits & Solutions Analyst - APAC

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Employee Benefits & Solutions Analyst will play a key role in improving employee awareness, engagement, and utilization of benefits programs across APAC, particularly in India and Bangladesh. This role combines benefits expertise, communications, digital platform management, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven insights to deliver an effective and employee-centric benefits experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Benefits Communication & Employee Experience

• Own and maintain APAC benefits knowledge content, including askHR articles, FAQs, and employee self-service resources, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Develop and execute communication strategies, campaigns, and employee branding initiatives that improve awareness, understanding, and utilization of benefits programs.
• Translate complex benefits information into clear, engaging, and employee-friendly communications.
• Gather employee feedback and utilization insights to identify opportunities for enhancing the employee benefits experience.

Digital Platforms

• Support the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of benefits programs and initiatives, with a focus on India and Bangladesh.
• Assist with benefits benchmarking, employee engagement analysis, and reporting to support program recommendations and decision-making.
• Support benefits technology and platform activities, including system configuration, content management, testing, data maintenance, and ongoing enhancements.
• Lead the ongoing development and optimization of benefits websites, SharePoint sites, and employee self-service resources.

Stakeholder Engagement & Employee Relations Support

• Partner with HR Business Partners, HR Operations teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to support benefits programs and initiatives across India, Bangladesh, and the broader APAC region.
• Develop business cases, executive-ready presentations, reports, and communication materials to support benefits-related discussions and decisions.
• Collaborate with employee representative groups, labor unions, and works councils where applicable.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring successful delivery of benefits initiatives and a positive employee experience.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 8-10 years of experience in Benefits, Total Rewards, Human Resources, Employee Experience, HR Communications, Employer Branding, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of the India Total Rewards and Benefits landscape, including local regulations, market practices, and employee benefits programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex benefits information into clear and engaging employee communications.
• Demonstrated experience developing communication campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret employee feedback, benefits data, and market insights.
• Strong stakeholder management, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience supporting employee benefits programs in Bangladesh.
• Exposure to Southeast Asia benefits practices and programs.
• Experience managing SharePoint sites, intranet platforms, employee portals, or HR content management systems.
• Experience working with labor unions, employee representative groups, or works councils.
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations, business cases, and leadership communications.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms.
