Job Responsibilities :

  • Lead all aspects of research and development for gaming peripheral products

  • Plan and manage the full lifecycle of product development in electrical engineering—from concept through to mass production

  • Coordinate with vendors, development partners, and contract manufacturers to align on timelines, activities, and deliverables

  • Ensure all designs comply with regulatory standards, including safety and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements

  • Work closely with vendors and contract manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality components and assemblies

  • Contribute to the evaluation and selection of new technologies and suppliers, while staying up to date on industry trends and best practices.

Pre-Requisites :
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in electronic hardware circuit and system design.
  • Solid understanding of electronic design principles, including analog/digital circuits, signal processing, and power electronics.
  • Proficient in EE CAD/CAE tools such as ORCAD, PADS, and PSPICE for product development and simulation.
  • Experienced in EMC/EMI design and implementing effective countermeasures.
  • Proven track record in fast-paced consumer electronics development environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Effective communicator
  • Practical knowledge and experience in the following areas: Design of computer peripherals or consumer electronic products, Embedded microcontroller platforms, Wired and wireless connectivity technologies (e.g., USB, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi)
