We are in search of a Senior Developer who will be responsible for the development, and administration of Micron’s product costing system critical to the business and reporting. In this role you will design, build, and maintain models including allocations, financial projections and analysis, actual reporting, and support efforts to centralize product costing processes across finance. You will also act as central support and expert of our Impact ECS product cost planning tool, provide guidance to team members, and implement solutions that improve and streamline our business processes bringing value to the organization.

Responsibilities:

· Provides technical expertise in developing and coding cost effective solutions and procedures that meet requirements.

· Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and views in MS SQL and Snowflake.

· Implement performance tuning, query optimization, and cost management.

· Expertise on database creation, coding, integration.

· Consider integration points of the systems, where applicable. Partner with other functions to identify ways in which information systems tools can be leveraged to solve problems and improve processes.

· Analyze complex business requirements to be solved with automated systems focusing primarily on Impact ECS.

· Using technical expertise to provide businesses with the complex reporting capability they need to make the best business decisions and assists other team members in meeting their objectives, acting as a mentor and knowledge resource for the Finance systems team.

· Explain technical situations to non-technical individuals.

Qualifications/Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field from an accredited university is preferred

· 3+ years of proven complex SQL coding (Oracle/MS SQL) experience

· Must have experience in VB scripting familiarity.

· Strong SQL programming skills, including advanced functions, optimization, and debugging.

· SAC-P developer experience

· Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS or Azure).

· Working experience in Impact ECS is an added advantage.
