As the Senior Director, Transformation Office at ESR Group, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic change initiatives across the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation projects that aim to enhance operational efficiency, improve service delivery, and foster innovation within the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to ensure that transformation strategies are aligned with the company's objectives and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of the transformational roadmap for ESR Group, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
- Manage a portfolio of transformation projects, providing clear direction, prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Establish and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of transformation initiatives, using data to inform decision-making.
- Act as a change agent by promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gain buy-in and support for transformation efforts.
- Provide regular updates and reports on transformation progress to the executive team and board.
- Facilitate training and workshops to equip employees with the skills needed to adapt to change.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices throughout all transformation initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in transformation, change management, or project management roles, preferably within the real estate or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale transformation projects from conception to completion.
- Strong understanding of organizational development, change management methodologies, and process improvement techniques.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the real estate or logistics sector.
- Familiarity with digital transformation and technology trends.
- Certification in project management or change management methodologies (e.g. PMP, PROSCI) is a plus.
