We are searching for an experienced, Digital Technology Manager to join our growing Singapore Innovation Hub in South-East Asia.  Position will manage a team responsible for innovation projects for Industry 4.0 solutions in manufacturing and aftermarket repairs.

Suitable candidate must have strong organizational skills, clear communication (verbal & written) structured approach to manage projects, and client-oriented focus.

As an Digital Technology Manager, you will oversee the delivery of products within budget, schedule and quality guidelines and manage a team responsible for the design, development, and testing of innovation concepts.

  • Lead and develop a team, managing the hiring, staffing and maintenance of a diverse and effective workforce and the career development and performance management of the team
  • Develop solutions to difficult technical problems, which may require ingenuity and creativity
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Digital Technology team members and other groups
  • Interface with senior management to report on project and program milestones and present project
  • Work to maintain IT and regulatory compliance across all developed and sustained solutions
  • Collaborate with Collins Aerospace on ideation of new projects, developing business case, holding stake holder reviews for project acceptance into the Innovation Hub
  • Manage team on technical aspects for portfolio of projects to on-time and budget delivery
  • Set clear expectations for team members
  • Relentlessly stay on top of technical project risks
  • Builds & maintains effective relationships with multiple internal customer business units
  • Allocate resources as required to active projects
  • Guiding and coaching technical resources
  • Resolves day-to-day operational conflicts impacting project schedules
  • Adherence to Singapore EDB grant commitments, manpower, capital spend, proof of concepts, deployment
