WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role reports to the Manager of Digital Brand Marketing for Southeast Asia & India (SEA&I) and sits within the SEA&I Digital Marketing team. You’ll collaborate with Brand, Retail, Media, Brand Creative, and cross-functional partners across SEA&I, Asia Pacific Latin America (APLA), and Global teams to deliver major brand initiatives and seamless consumer experiences.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a seasoned digital brand marketer who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and data. This individual will lead disruptive digital strategies for Sportswear, Team Sports, and other categories—balancing brand storytelling with business impact. They should have a strong passion for sport and culture, a pulse on community trends, and the ability to inspire teams through bold ideas. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with creativity, leverages insights to drive innovation, and brings a collaborative, fast-paced mindset to every project.

Key Qualifications:

  • Based in Singapore

  • Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience, including significant exposure to digital/app marketing

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field

  • Proven ability to lead and execute high-impact marketing campaigns; sports-related experience is a plus

  • Expertise in marketing analytics and creative planning with a test-and-learn mindset

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll own the digital brand plans for Sportswear / Team Sports in SEA&I—delivering disruptive ideas and orchestrating end-to-end digital experiences that ignite the brand and drive growth.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead and integrate digital brand strategy for Sportswear / Team Sports, focusing on seasonal concepts, product marketing, and athlete moments

  • Create compelling hooks to bring consumers on-platform to experience products, athletes, and stories

  • Manage the full run-of-show for integrated digital marketing plans across owned platforms and partner channels—from briefing to go-live

  • Act as subject matter expert for Nike.com, Nike App, and key social platforms, leveraging capabilities to enhance brand experience

  • Drive strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and external agencies to amplify brand moments

  • Stay ahead of industry, sport, and marketplace trends to inform plans and create authentic consumer connections
