Job Description

• Provide design technical support to the Design team based in Singapore for commercial fit-out projects

• Produce functional space planning drawings by understanding client design brief, identifying optimal furniture placement while adhering to Landlord requirements, building codes, and inspection requirements

• Work with Designers in developing visuals and composing data tabulation of the achieved design solutions such as material & finishes schedule/ loose & system furniture/

• Produce detailed CAD drawings for tender bids, building submissions and revisions for construction, including:

o General Layout Plan/ Furniture Layout/ Partition & Door types/ Reflected Ceiling Plan RCP/ Wall & Floor finishes plan/ Joineries Annotation plan/ Demolition plan

o Elevations

o Joinery & details/ sections

o Door types/ Ceiling & Floor details & terminations

• Undertake daily design tasks assigned by the Team Lead from concept to completion

• Research on workplace and commercial design trends and best practices
