What you will do
Manage and scale databases supporting AI products
Ensure high availability, reliability, and data integrity
Optimize database performance and storage efficiency
Design and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies
Collaborate with engineering teams on data architecture and infrastructure
Skills, qualifications and experience we look for
10+ years of experience as a DBA or Data Infrastructure Engineer
Strong SQL skills and deep understanding of database internals
Hands-on experience with cloud databases
Solid experience in backup, recovery, and high availability solutions
Proficiency in automation and scripting
Preferred
Experience supporting AI or analytics workloads
Familiarity with distributed databases
Experience managing multi-region database deployments
Cost optimization experience for database infrastructure
Awareness of data security and compliance practices
