As a Senior Data Scientist, you will partner with cross-functional teams to solve product challenges using data. Through experimentation, predictive modelling, and player behaviour analysis, you will provide insights and recommendations that help improve player engagement, retention, and monetisation.

What You'll be Doing
- Partner with Product Managers, User Acquisition, and Engineers to solve product and business challenges using data.
- Design, analyse, and evaluate A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure product impact.
- Analyse player behaviour and game performance to identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and monetisation.
- Develop and apply statistical, machine learning, and predictive models (e.g. LTV, churn, retention, player segmentation, recommendation, and conversion) to support product decisions.
- Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights and recommendations to help Product Managers make informed product decisions.
- Improve experimentation methodologies, analytical frameworks, and predictive models to increase business impact.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science and AI, applying them where they can create value.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of Data Science experience in the mobile gaming industry.
- Proven experience solving complex product and business problems using data.
- Strong expertise in statistics, machine learning, predictive modelling, experimental design, and A/B testing.
- Experience working with large-scale player data and building predictive models such as LTV, churn, retention, player segmentation, or recommendation models.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and User Acquisition teams.
