About you:
- You have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar data analytics role.
- Must be able to communicate in both English & Mandarin
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience in data analysis, data modeling, and understanding complex business processes.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying languages; Python is a plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data modeling tools (e.g., ERwin, Lucidchart).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
- Experience in product management or familiarity with product management methodologies is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements and assess their fit within the data team's scope.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document and analyze business processes, data dictionaries, and ER diagrams for data model development.
- Develop and maintain Data Requirements Documents (DRDs) detailing data model specifications. Monitor data model progress and facilitate acceptance testing.
- Maintain user manuals for data models, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support and updates to users via communication channels and Q&A sessions.
