Your day at NTT DATA
As a Senior Cross-Technology Technical Architect at NTT DATA, you will leverage your deep technical expertise across multiple technology domains to design and develop complex, transformative solutions. Collaborating closely with colleagues and clients, you'll ensure our solutions not only meet but exceed business requirements.
Your Responsibilities include providing detailed and specific advice on applying your specialized knowledge to the organization's planning and operations. You will guide the design and execution of system solutions, ensuring the consistent application of design standards, methods, and tools aligned with our enterprise and solution architectures.
A key part of your role will be to support business development by providing presales technical support, conducting analysis, and crafting compelling proposals. You'll map business processes and relationships to align with our solution features, ensuring the recommended approach supports the overall scope of the solution.
You'll take the lead in managing client proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, providing coaching and mentorship to junior architects, and overseeing the transition of projects from presales to delivery. Your input will ensure successful implementation and ongoing support for our clients, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Beyond your technical responsibilities, you'll play a crucial role in influencing and guiding our Sales team, equipping them with the knowledge and resources needed to close deals. Your advanced understanding of key vendor products and subscription models will be pivotal in driving our success.

To thrive in this role, you need to have:
  • Advanced product knowledge integrated with deep technology expertise across multiple domains.
  • Advanced understanding of reference architectures and the ability to stay current with industry trends and developments.
  • Proficiency in software and programming languages such as C++.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering client solutions on time.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships through technical expertise.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
