As a Senior Consultant, you will lead project workstreams, manage client relationships, and drive the delivery of innovative solutions across Financial Services, covering Banking & Markets, Insurance, and Wealth & Asset Management. You’ll embed AI and digital capabilities into client engagements, mentor junior team members, and shape impactful outcomes through strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project workstreams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.
Manage and coach Consultants and junior team members, fostering their development.
Conduct advanced analysis, synthesize insights, and form actionable recommendations for clients.
Facilitate workshops and present findings to senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
Oversee quality assurance of delivery and support the development of new propositions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-enabled solutions.
Support business development activities, including proposal creation and client pitches.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Demonstrate sense-making: form points of view, connect data to business outcomes, and guide clients through ambiguity.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
5–8 years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Advanced analytical, presentation, and communication capabilities.
Relevant experience in the Insurance Industry or management consulting with a specific focus on digital or AI transformation across Operations, Underwriting, Distribution and/or Claims
Familiar with operational excellence, designing/implementing target operating model, AI use cases and implementation
Demonstrates a strong grasp of the project lifecycle and effectively applies these principles to process design, system implementation, and the creation of client deliverables
Business analysis experience in insurance capability uplift and digital ways of working
Experience working on large scale program initiatives, reporting directly to senior stakeholders and managing multiple teams
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with digital transformation, automation, or AI-driven projects.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern engineering practices.
Experience working in multi-country teams or with cross-border clients.
Understanding of regulatory frameworks in BFSI sectors.
