Lead specific project workstreams and manage junior team members.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; MBA preferred.
5 - 8 years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Advanced analytical and presentation capabilities.
Banking: Banking project experiences a must have. Any domain is banking is good – retail, capital markets etc.
Insurance:
Relevant experience in the Insurance Industry or has experience running insurance projects with a specific focus on digital or AI transformation across Operations, Underwriting, Distribution and/or Claims
• Familiar with operational excellence, designing/implementing target operating models, AI use cases and implementation
WAM: Manages WAM workstreams on process optimization, technology enablement, and compliance.

Analytical and strategic in thinking with the ability to assess complex issues and drive to constantly challenge status quo
Adaptable and agile with the motivation to learn new tools, technologies and methodologies rapidly
