Responsibilities:
MX Format Element Analysis and Mapping
- Perform detailed element‑level analysis of MX message formats (e.g., Pain.001, Pacs.008/009/009CV, and other ISO 20022 messages).
- Develop comprehensive mapping matrices to support the design and build of message‑conversion tools.
- Utilize advanced Excel and Macro/VBA capabilities to automate, validate, and streamline mapping and analysis work.
Project Management and Test Case, Data Creation
- Support ongoing project phases by tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple branches.
- Monitor each branch project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies. Ensuring any delays or risks are promptly identified, escalated and solved.
- Assist in preparing and consolidating weekly or monthly project status reports for stakeholders.
- Draft test case and data, working closely with overseas branch members to refine and finalize UAT materials.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with IT, Compliance, and APAC branch teams to ensure smooth communication flow, alignment on requirements, and prompt issue resolution.
- Facilitate discussions and follow-ups across functional and regional teams to maintain project momentum and clarity.
Deliverables Creation in PPT & Excel
- Visualize project progress and create reporting materials that allow stakeholders to grasp the situation at a glance.
- Organize various issues and discussion points that arise in the project, compare potential solutions, and prepare materials that support the client’s decision-making.
- Analyze the various types of information required for decision-making and present them using graphs and charts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as PMO or PM in bank's payment operation/system.
- Having work experience as consultant in Consulting Firm or as PMO or PM in bank project.
- Experience in ISO20022 project and having good understanding of End to End transaction process.
- Strong consulting skillset, including logical and structured thinking, issue identification and resolution, clear communication, effective meeting facilitation, and high‑quality documentation using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Project planning and management capabilities, covering progress tracking, issue/risk management, scope and change control, and vendor coordination.
- Cross‑functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams across technology, operations, compliance, and regional stakeholders.
- High motivation to learn and deepen expertise in banking operations, payments, and PMO-related domains, with a proactive approach to knowledge acquisition.
- Strong self‑discipline, accountability, and commitment to achieving project success, maintaining reliability and ownership throughout project execution.
