Responsibilities:
Business Process Design
  • Analyze current ClearTrade workflows and user operations across SPR, IND, and NY branches.
  • Define and document standardized To-Be workflows for future rollout branches.
  • Establish collaboration guidelines between MGS and branch users, covering document handling, ClearTrade operations, result sharing, and branch-side validation.
  • Facilitate discussions on the balance between direct ClearTrade usage by branches versus reliance on MGS outputs.
Business Deliverable Review
  • Prepare and review key deliverables including To-Be workflows, BRDs, UAT scenarios, operating procedures, training materials, and discussion papers.
  • Ensure business requirements, operational rules, and role allocations between branches and MGS are accurately reflected.
  • Validate outputs produced by users, MGS, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
Project Planning & Standardisation
  • Define project tasks, roles, responsibilities, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Develop standardized project documentation and templates to ensure consistency across rollout branches.
  • Support rollout planning, operational readiness, user communication, knowledge transfer, and transition to BAU.
Project Management & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Provide PMO support to drive execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Coordinate with APAC branches, MGS, vendors, and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth rollout.
  • Track and manage progress, issues, risks, actions, dependencies, and decision items.
  • Prepare reports and materials for senior management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in banking operations, system implementation, or process transformation.
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written, with proactive communication and relationship-building skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Solid understanding of banking operations; Trade Finance operations and key trade documents are preferred.
  • Strong grasp of business requirements, operational processes, and To-Be workflow design from a user/business perspective.
  • Experience preparing and reviewing business deliverables such as workflows, BRDs, UAT scenarios, procedures, training materials, and discussion papers.
  • Proven ability to plan, track, and manage initiatives across multiple stakeholders and phases, with strong PMO skills in progress tracking, issue/risk management, stakeholder coordination, and reporting.
  • Skilled in preparing materials for different audiences, from working-level documents to senior management reports.
  • Able to work independently, even when client-side counterparts are not closely involved.
  • Experience in Trade Finance, AML, TBML, document checking, operations transformation, or business process improvement is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with AI-OCR systems, digital trade finance platforms, or compliance-related workflow tools is helpful.
  • Experience in workflow design, shared service center / CoE implementation, or regional rollout projects is preferred.
