The Red Hat Consulting team is looking for a Senior Consultant to join us in Singapore supporting the ASEAN region. In this role, you will promote the adoption of Red Hat's solutions at our key enterprise accounts, government agencies, and service provider partners. You'll define requirements and deliver solutions based on the Red Hat portfolio of solutions and services offerings. You will lead medium to Large-sized project teams and ensure the quality of customer deliverables for one or more projects. You will apply well-developed consulting, business, and process expertise in your work and coach and mentor others while building good customer relationships. You will earn the trust and confidence of our customer Project, Development, and Operations teams by matching their requirements and use cases with the functional capabilities of our solutions. As a Senior Consultant, you will serve as a customer advocate within Red Hat, delivering the right solutions and ensuring that these solutions are implemented and supported in a creative and reliable way.

What you will do:

  • Design and implement modern platform architectures with a strong understanding of Red Hat OpenShift, OpenShift Virtualization, and automation at scale.

  • Win the confidence of our customers through the successful delivery of discovery, analysis, and design workshops that shape and influence the customer’s architecture design decisions to align with the Red Hat solution.

  • Understand industry practices and Red Hat’s policies, procedures, and values.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to technical Red Hat and customer resources.

  • Consider customer culture and organizational context in design and delivery, and highlight opportunities for improvement.

  • Support technical pre-sales efforts, workshops, and proofs of concept by bringing business context and value-first thinking.

  • Demonstrate strong experience in defining best practices for platform deployment, hardening, observability, monitoring and alerting, capacity management, scalability, resiliency, and security operations.

  • Accelerate collaboration across stakeholders and project teams.

  • Deliver workshops, discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and knowledge transfer to customer teams.

  • Mentor and guide junior consultants and customer engineers.

  • Engage in pre-sales activities, including scoping, technical proposal development, solution demos, and architectural reviews.

  • Contribute to Red Hat’s internal methodologies, playbooks, reference architectures, and shared consulting assets.

  • Stay current with emerging Technologies , Kubernetes, platform engineering, and open-source trends, and incorporate them into customer solutions.

What you will bring:

  • 10+ years of experience working in a consulting role

  • Hands-on experience and advanced knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift platforms

  • In-depth expertise in managing multiple Kubernetes clusters across multi-cloud environments

  • Proven expertise in operationalizing the Red Hat OpenShift container platform through adoption of Service Mesh, GitOps principles, and serverless frameworks

  • Experience with RHEL, Satellite, and Pacemaker

  • Experience with Red Hat OpenShift Virtualisation, or similar platforms

  • Experience migrating workloads to the OpenShift container platform

  • Proven leadership in modern software and platform transformation projects

  • Experience with infrastructure as code, automation tools, and CI/CD pipelines

  • Strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to present to customers and lead customer interactions

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with both technical and business audiences

  • Engagement in open-source communities or contributor background

  • Red Hat OpenShift certification required

  • Good to have experience in working with AI platform and Models
