Senior Consultant (AML Filtering System Rule/List Management)

Responsibilities:
- Provide BAU support for daily list and rule updates for branches using IBM SaaS Firco.
- Work with existing RCCO bank staff to plan and establish a new operational workflow for APCF.
- Perform daily updates of sanction lists into IBM SaaS Firco.
- Analyse Firco hit results and create/add suppression rules to improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain operational documentation where required (e.g., process flows, reports).
- Conduct knowledge transfer and handover of operations to newly hired permanent staff once in place.
- Collaborate and coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and relevant teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with the Firco system, particularly with Firco Utility tools.
- Strong experience in analysing hit results and creating suppression rules.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Strong documentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Prior experience in coaching team members will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in the banking industry is preferred.
- Experience working in a Japanese bank will be an added advantage.
