Job purpose

The Senior Community Executive will be responsible for growing and nurturing PEDRO's community across digital and physical touchpoints. This role leads social engagement, creator relationships, customer listening and community-led initiatives that build brand awareness, advocacy and loyalty.

The ideal candidate is culturally aware, digitally fluent and passionate about fashion, with a strong understanding of social platforms, creator ecosystems and how brands build meaningful relationships with their audiences.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and lead community strategies that grow PEDRO's presence across social platforms and relevant customer communities.
  • Engage with new and existing customers across digital channels to build connection, trust and brand affinity.
  • Monitor social conversations, customer feedback, platform trends and community sentiment, translating insights into clear recommendations.
  • Identify, engage and maintain relationships with suitable creators, KOLs, KOCs and brand advocates.
  • Lead seasonal social media planning, seeding plans, creator gifting, event invitations and community activations.
  • Maintain and update the brand's creator and community database.
  • Drive community-led content opportunities, including UGC, creator content, customer stories and social engagement initiatives.
  • Work closely with Brand Communications, Social Media, Marketing, Creative and CRM teams to ensure community initiatives support wider brand and campaign objectives.
  • Plan and execute community events, workshops, previews and brand experiences.
  • Track and report on community growth, engagement, sentiment, creator performance and campaign learnings.

Requirements

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Fashion, Creative, Communications or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in community management, influencer marketing, brand communications, social media or digital marketing, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, beauty or retail.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu.
  • Proven experience working with creators, KOLs, KOCs or brand advocates to deliver measurable results.
  • Strong interest in fashion, culture, lifestyle trends and consumer behaviour.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, creators, partners and internal teams.
  • Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, proactive and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Good analytical ability, with experience reviewing engagement, sentiment, creator performance or social media results.
