- Grow, engage, and manage the digital community across markets
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with brand ambassadors, KOLs, KOCs, and community members to foster brand love and advocacy
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with both internal stakeholders and external partners through the ambassador programme
- Assist in the daily operations and backend processes of the ambassador platform, ensuring seamless execution
- Plan and implement community initiatives aligned with marketing campaigns and broader brand objectives
- Collaborate closely with HQ Community and Marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and extend social media influence
- Support community participation and coordination in HQ-led or local marketing events to create memorable brand experiences
- Coordinate with Marketing and Inventory teams to plan seeding activities and ensure timely communication with ambassadors
- Monitor and report on community programme performance, growth, and ROI
- Compile and present weekly and monthly reports on community engagement metrics, sentiment, and campaign performance
- Analyze trends and insights from community platforms to inform strategic decisions and improve outreach
- Support administrative tasks and perform other duties as assigned
- Support with event planning and execution for both community-led marketing activations and global HQ-led marketing events
